Hi! Glad it helped!! Answering your questions:

1) We hold Sprint review on a Monday, and the team decided to prepare for it on a Friday. They co-ordinate this themselves, usually during the Daily Scrum the Friday before. I didn't include this prep on the calendar as it's not one of the Scrum rituals.

2) Anyone who can provide valuable feedback is invited to our Sprint reviews, this usually includes the stakeholders, anyone who can represent an end user of our products and also the other teams working on our product. It helps get us all in sync, every two weeks.

3) Testing is included in every backlog item we complete, it's part of our "Definition of Done" - the developers (including testers) decide the best way of testing things to ensure we have a potentially shippable Increment of software at the end of each Sprint.
