I’ve been doing a deep dive into Kanban recently and wanted to share some of the things I’ve learned and how to apply them in the Scrum teams you work with on a daily basis.

I’ve specifically been focussing on the 4 metrics of flow, and this time we’re looking at work in progress. Inspecting work in progress can help your team get more things done by creating an environment where there is a consistent flow of value through your process.
